This bright, high-standard apartment with elevator is ideally located in the town center, just 700 m from the beach (10-minute walk).
Close to Le Touquet (5 km) and Berck (10 km), it’s the perfect base for family, friends, or couples looking to relax and explore the Côte d’Opale. Located in a secure residence with private parking.
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a gated residence, the apartment includes:
Living room: sofa bed (1 duvet 220x240, 2 pillows), armchair, TV, dining table with 4 chairs
Fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker (coffee not provided), extractor hood, toaster, kettle, washing machine
Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe, duvet and pillows included
Bedroom 2: pull-out bed with two single mattresses (2x90x200), storage space, duvets and pillows provided
Bathroom: bathtub with handheld shower, double sink
Separate toilet for added comfort
West-facing balcony with table and 4 chairs – perfect for relaxing in the evening
🅿️ Free parking within the secure residence (access via gate)
🧺 Bed linen and towels available as an option:
→ €20 per single bed
→ €40 per double bed
(Subject to availability – to be confirmed before arrival)
Guests have access to the entire apartment via a private entrance.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator.
Keys are handed over in person, between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM by appointment.
Free and secured parking space included in the residence.
Rodolphe (your host), Hugo (24/7 technical assistant), and Manon (24/7 travel assistant) are always available to ensure your stay goes smoothly.
The apartment is located in the city center. You will find all the necessary shops there (supermarket, bakery, delicatessen, fishmonger, greengrocer,...).
For all your sports and relaxation activities, the Maison du Temps Libre is 1 km away. You can play tennis, squash, mini golf, sauna, fitness...
There is no charge for parking in the resort.
For your outings, walking and cycling will be perfect.
For the provision of bicycles, you can contact me.
